It was great to have mom come and visit before Thanksgiving. Here we are at the Harrisburg Holiday Parade. It was fun to get out, although we couldn't believe how many people were there.
We went with the Francis family.
Mom took Owen on lots of walks and he had so much fun. Here he is playing out back in the leaves.

Mom and Hannah.
This is a shot of Hannah praying. She is such a rightous baby.
We had the hugest rain storm and Owen wanted to go out into it. I told him he could because I thought he would come right back in, it was raining to hard. But he played out in it for about 30 minutes. He was pretty wet.
Well life is completely crazy here. I've been working on this post for 2 days. It just keeps getting worse. Hannah takes a lot more time now and Jeff has been busy with studying and interviewing. He went to Ohio State yesterday and gets home late tonight. I am trying to finish up my last class to graduate, but its hard when I can't even find enough time to sleep. It's been so humid and warm here I hate it. Gray humid days when everything in your house feels wet. I had a terrible trip to the dentist the other day. The dentist and hygenist were fighting while I was in the chair at their mercy. In the end the dentist told me he might have missed a spot on the filling so I needed to come back anyway. Well I hope things turn around soon or no one is going to get a christmas gift!

That dentist should be shot. I'm pretty much the biggest anti-dentite around...I'd be so mad if that happened to me!
I'm impressed that you let Owen out in the rain. I'd not want to deal with changing his clothes!
The picture of Owen reminds me of Peter Spier's "Rain". If you haven't read it, I highly recommend it. It graphically (no words) tells the story of a brother and sister who go out in a rain storm to play. Very fun. In fact, it made me think, I should let Matthew go out in the rain when he asks. I haven't given into that little angel on my shoulder yet.
I also highly recommend his other books, esp. Noah's Ark.
As for the dentist, sounds like you need a new one. They are hard to come by. I could go on and on about the detist who replaced my front crown--the first one broke then fell off (within a day) the second was was too big so I ground my teeth for months, headaches, sleeplessness.....I'll spare you. I'm just saying I can understand where you're coming from!!
Holy Cow!! I am so sorry about the Dentist. I would demand that you get it for free. (even if you are getting it mostly for free.) WHat a jerk. I hope that things start getting better because I sure want a christmas present. youname it and I will do whatever I can to make it better!
Did Zanna cut her hair? it kind of looks like it int hat picture. Well, I twas good talking to you tonight, I hope your night goes better.
You're amazing that you even got this done in the month of December. I think our blog is on hold until January. Well, at least that will give us more to talk about at Christmas time! I hope the last week before you go is not as crazy!
