I recorded this video of Owen a few weeks ago, and really just in time since he did catch on fire the fourth of july (via a sparkler):
Thanks goodness we got the fire out before he was burned. Two days later he was almost hit by a car on his bike:) Needless to say, we're keeping a closer eye on him. I love my little guy!

He almost got hit by a car! That's pretty scary! I was way scared when his shirt caught on fire though.
Wow I can't believe how old he sounds! We had a mishap with a sparkler at our house as well and it was after Chris had told me how dangerous and unsafe they were. I wouldn't listen though but i guess I've learned my lesson. I doubt we ban fireworks anytime soon though. I'll just have to be a little more careful.
He is super funny. That is the cutest video. So did he "do the act"- stop, drop, and roll when his shirt caught on fire?
